Grand Canyon Development Partners (GCDP), a Southwest U.S.-based full-service real estate development and project management firm, recently helped deliver a renovation to Sunset Station’s iconic Gaudi Bar and table games in Henderson.
GCDP represented Station Casinos throughout the process, managing general contractors and other vendors to ensure the project remained on schedule and aligned with the vision and long-term value of the property. GCDP’s role was to help ensure the iconic parts of the bar and table games were preserved while finding opportunities to elevate the guest experience.
“We’re grateful to have been part of the Gaudi Bar and table games renovation at Sunset Station,” said Vincent Tatum, President of Grand Canyon Development Partners. “It was about more than updating a space. The project helps bring a fresh, thoughtful update to an iconic area people know well and love.”
Owned by Station Casinos and built by Taylor International, construction on the Gaudi Bar and table games began in 2025 and was completed and opened in May 2026.
